Real estate pros expect upbeat 2013, says survey

More than 80 percent of surveyed real estate professionals say real estate values and the number of transactions will increase this year compared with 2012, according to a survey by a Kirkland-based online real estate company.
And no single market is expected to see a decline in valuations or transactions in 2013, according to the survey of 2,400 real estate professionals taken by Market Leader Inc. (NASDAQ: LEDR) of Kirkland. In 2012, one-third of real estate markets were forecasted to see valuation declines, according to the company.
