Workers in the Seattle area make 23 percent more money than the average U.S. worker.According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average worker in Seattle/Bellevue/Everett makes $26.25 per hour compared with the U.S. average of $21.35 per hour.Managers make the most money in Seattle — $58.16 per hour — than any other group and are paid more than the U.S. average, which is $50.69 per hour.
