Wells Fargo is closing an office in Bellevue and laying off 113 employees, according to a notice from the Washington Employment Security Department. The layoffs will begin on Aug. 21.

    So maybe that can be seen as sort of a good thing? The asset preservation manager just maintains the foreclosed homes right? So maybe that means the inventory of foreclosed homes owned by Wells Fargo is down?!

    Not exactly Leah. If you actually click on the link and read the full article, it explains that asset preservation manager’s deal with their loan modification program. I thought the same thing as well.
