Zillow.com says it has added more than 25 million new homes to its website and now has property value or rent estimation data on more than three-quarters of all homes in the U.S.
The Seattle-based online real estate site says it has data on about 100 million homes. And over the past five years Zillow users have submitted information such as remodeling work on more than 28 million homes that is not reflected in public records. The additional data makes it easier for Zillow to make more accurate calcuations of home values, the company said.
